Workshops at Luckan

We're delighted to have been invited back to Luckan to run a workshop series created especially to help job seekers work on their presentation and pitching skills.

In the current climate, why are presentation skills so important?

Unemployments rates are high and there's a surplus of skilled workers looking for appropriate positions. With competition being so fierce and available workplaces low, it's a good reminder that we need to be proactive in our job search and make sure we're putting ourselves out there. Forming meaningful connections that build long-term relationships is key. So how can we help?

Actor's know a thing or two about connecting with audiences and that's why we base our coaching and workshops on acting techniques and tips. We use performance and story-telling principles to help people learn how to pitch themselves, tell their story and learn how to sell their idea in a way that will help them be remembered... for the right reasons.

After great feedback from our first workshop series, it's great for ACTION to be returning to Luckan this Autumn. We can't wait to get started!
